William Cornett was born 1761 /1762 Henrico County, VA and he died Nov 26, 1836 in Perry County, KY.  His service was Virginia as a Private with Capts Winston, Saunders and Cols Skipps, Patterson. His wife Mary Everage is also buried at this same location in Perry County. William Cornett an approved Patriot by  the NSSAR is buried in Perry County, Ky. The GPS Bearing of his gravesite is N37 Deg, 08.069' and W083 Deg, 04.048'.

From the Cornettsville Post Office located onHwy 7, Drive 0.3 Mile N toward Isom, KY and turn Left and cross the river via a concrete bridge.At the end of said bridge turn on Right Bull Creek Road (gravel) and drive 0.5 Mile to a Railroad Underpass.Drive underneath Railroad Tracks and stay Right on gravel road 0.3 Mile to Klenco Rd.Turn Right on Klenco Road (Paved) and Drive 0.4 Mile to Cemetery.Klenco Road appears to be a private road but it leads directly to the Cemetery.
